Hello! Shae Rodriguez (she/her) here. I’m an LA-based SAG-AFTRA actress, mocap and stunt performer, originally from Dallas, TX. I studied Theatre & Dance and Radio-TV-Film at The University of Texas at Austin (hook’em!). Growing up, I was a competitive gymnast, dancer and cheerleader for 10 years.

In LA, I’ve trained at UCB and currently take scene study at Nancy Banks Studio where I play a lot of women who have been through some shit and they’re fed up. Then I take that character and throw some punches! I’ve trained fight choreo and stunts with Mike Chat at XMA Action & 87North. With stunts, I’ve doubled actresses such as Christina Ricci and Mena Suvari and worked on shows such as The Flight Attendant on HBO Max and Mayans M.C. on FX.

Aside from performing, I’ve enjoyed fight choreographing for shows at Grand Arts High School. And I enjoy going to the movies (heartbreak feels good in a place like this), boxing, playing video games, playing DnD (usually as a sneaky stabby rogue), and raising my two handsome cat sons with my incredible husband (an amazing theatre educator and director).
